How often should I wash my VC Extensions?

Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage, stroke the hair in a smoothing motion
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry

How long will my hair last?

Taking good care of your Extensions is very important. The better you care for your hair the longer it will last. Our clients Generally use this hair between 6-12 months.

 

 

How do I care for my hair daily?

Comb hair daily with a wide tooth comb. Use minimal product to avoid buildup and stir away from alcohol based products to prevent drying of your hair.

When wearing Wavy or Curly Textured hair, we suggest  using a spray bottle with warm water to manipulate strands then adding

leave-in conditioner

                                                                   Can I color my hair?

                        This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in anyway.

                     You can color the hair, however once Virgin Remy hair is treated in any way,

                                                                  it is no longer virgin.                     

                                Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

 

 

 

                                                     How much hair will I need to purchase?

A full sew-in weave with Virgin Remy human hair, would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 packs of hair for lengths 14” to 18”. We recommend 3 packs for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundles weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”

Does Vanity Crown have a return policy or exchange policy?

Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at Vanitycrown@outlook.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of wear. The hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If Vanity Crown decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
